THE CHAP CHAP SNACKS BIGGEST SOCCER TOURNAMENT CONTEST (hereinafter referred to as “CONTEST”) IS ADMINISTERED BY CHAP CHAP SNACKS (hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR”). THE CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD (hereinafter referred to as “CONTEST PERIOD”) BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 1, 2022 AT 9:00 A.M. EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME (EDT) AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 18, 2022 AT 5:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST).
In order to be eligible for the Contest, each Contest Participant (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) must purchase one (1) Chap Chap Snacks Biggest Soccer Tournament Box (hereinafter referred to as “Snack Box”) within the above noted Contest Period. Each Snack Box shall contain one (1) snack portion that represents our version of a traditional food dish or ingredient from each of the six (6) following countries: Cameroon, Canada, Côte D’Ivoire/Ivory Coast, Ghana, Morocco, and Tunisia.
The Contest Will Consist of Two (2) separate prize pools.
The first (1st) Prize Pool (hereinafter referred to as the “1st Prize”) shall be awarded to the five (5) Participants who 1) have a box containing one (1) out of the five (5) available Golden Tickets and 2) correctly answer a skill-testing question.
Out of all the Participants who have satisfied the above two (2) criteria to qualify for the 1st Prize Pool, the Administrator shall conduct a random draw (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prize Draw”) to determine one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize shall consist of one (1) Engraved snack tray valued at $90 CAD and one (1) CHAP CHAP SNACKS gift card with a value of $60 CAD.
All other Participants who have satisfied the above two (2) criteria to qualify for the 1st Prize Pool but who do not win the Grand Prize Draw shall receive a secondary Prize consisting of one (1) CHAP CHAP SNACKS gift card with a value of $40 CAD.
The final determination of which Participants have possession of the five (5) Golden Tickets, the correctness of the Answer to the Skill Testing Question, and the winner of the Grand Prize Draw shall be at the sole discretion of the Administrator. By entering the Contest, all Participants agree to be bound by the decision of the Administration with respect to the 1st Prize winner(s).
The odds of winning the 1st Prize Pool will depend on the number of Participants who satisfy the above noted eligibility requirements. All winner(s) of the 1st Prize Pool will be sent an email shortly after December 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST). The winner(s) will be sent an email and will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours and/or the winning Participant(s) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question for any reason within forty-eight (48) hours, another winner(s) will be chosen at the sole discretion of the Administrator.
Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. The winning entry(ies) will be verified. A list of winner(s) will be displayed on the Administrator’s Facebook and the Administrator’s Instagram page.
The second (2nd) prize pool (hereinafter referred to as the “2nd Prize”) shall be decided based on a random draw of all participants who satisfy the following eligibility requirements by no later than December 18, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST) : 1) The Participant must ‘Like’ the Chap Chap Snacks Facebook and/or Instagram page and 2) The Participant must share a picture of the Snack Box they received while using the hashtag #biggestsoccertournament in a publicly visible Facebook and/or Instagram post that tags at least two (2) of their Facebook friends and/or Instagram followers. The winner of the random draw must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to claim the 2nd Prize.
Participant eligibility for the Random Draw, the winner of the Random Draw, and the correctness of the Answer to the Skill Testing Question shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Administrator. By entering the Contest, all Participants agree to be bound by the decision of the Administrator with respect to the 2nd Prize winner. The 2nd Prize shall consist of (1) CHAP CHAP SNACKS gift card with a value of $20 CAD.

By participating, all Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Administrator(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, FIFA, FIFA World Cup, and/or FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, are in no way associated with this Contest. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to Facebook and/or Instagram posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. A reply to the winning e-mail is required within 48 hours, failing which a new winner(s) will be chosen at the Administrator’s sole discretion. The winners’ entries will be verified by the Administrator.
Residents of Canada will be required to complete a skill-testing question to claim their prize(s).
The Administrator reserves the right to publish the winners’ first names and last initials.
The retail value of prizes is listed in the Contest text.
