For Tetia, food has always been a celebration—a way to spread happiness and connect with loved ones.

Born and raised in the Ivory Coast, her fondest memories are of her mother’s vibrant feasts, where family and friends were greeted with open arms and full plates.

After a globe-trotting career in business administration, Tetia settled in Ottawa in 2020 to be closer to her sister. During a nostalgic chat about childhood treats, the spark for Chap Chap Snacks was born!
